--Brandon Broussard
Brandon obtained a degree in Agriculture Education from ULL and taught Agriscience for four years. During those years, he cooked dishes in lab settings to teach practical and leadership applications. Some of the food items, including vegetables and even chickens!!!, were actually grown by the students he was teaching. Students learned skills in deboning chickens, scaling fish and fileting fish.
Mr. Broussard cooked servings for the students, teachers and administrators.
